An rp community built around a series of of seedy venues that constantly move around eorzea. openings currently cycle between two different venues, an underground ul'dahn bar & a tavern in the shroud.

Tucked away in the back alleys of ul'dah, what was once a forgotten, rat-infested warehouse beneath the pearl lane has since been welded into something more lucrative; the scrap pit. a seedy spot for those who prefer their drinks strong, their business out of sight, or are just looking for a good spar. if you've found your way down here, it's because you need something the city above won't give you.

slide up to the bar for the cheapest drink in ul'dah. probably. it ain't fancy, but the liquor flows and the bartenders know when to keep their mouths shut and when to engage in conversation instead. whether you're brokering a deal, simply wanting to be out of the sight of brass blades above, or just waiting for the blood to dry after a rough brawl, grab a stool and get some awful beer in your system.

central in the room is the pit; a sunken ring of rust and sweat where disputes are battled out the old-fashioned way. No rules, no honor, just knuckles and whatever else you can sneak in your pockets. sit by and watch the show or step into the ring yourself if you've got a debt to pay and a point to prove. just remember that the crowd came for a show, so don't bore them, will ya?

behind the constant buzzing noise of pipes and the booze front of it all, there's a small workshop tucked in the back. need a gun that can't be traced? a lock picked? an odd machine broken down and figured out or modified? if it clicks, the resident machinist can probably fix it, strip it for parts, modify it, whatever you need.. for better or for worse. services are discreet, payment is upfront, and if the brass blades ask? You were never here.

Scrap Shot

Cheap whiskey. she's rough, hits ya' hard, but gets the job done just fine.

Dust Devil

Spiced rum with a dash of cinnamon and chili. Seems to be the crowd favorite.

Sand Swept

Vodka with the tiniest hint of la noscean orange squeezed into it for sweetness.

Smokescreen

Ul'dahn bourbon laced with bitters and a whole lot of lime juice. usually has a small cloud of smoke coming out of it while it's being poured.

Motor Oil

A dark ale, thick as oil. Stick a spoon in it and it won't move.

Cactus Juice

Fermented prickly pear, sweet and deceptively strong.

Good Ol' Coffee

Black, bitter, strong as hell. A classic necessity, given with no sugar.

The Rust Bucket

Whatever's left in the bottles at the end of the night, mixed together. Free if you're brave enough. (roll a D20 to gauge how bad it ends up for you.)

Popoto Chips

Fried real nice & covered in salt and Thanalan spice, with a side of spicy dip.

Mystery Jerky

Aldgoat, probably, but not always guaranteed to be. Tough as leather. Good for chewing on when you've got nothing better to say.

Dried Fruit

Stale, sweet, probably clumped up together and old as hell.

Flatbread & Hummus

Simple, filling & cheap ul'dahn delicacy. Probably the best thing on this menu, and definitely the best t hing you'd find here as a pick me up after a rough fight.
